The Stanford Center for Health Education (SCHE) extends world-class health education to a global network of health professionals, individuals, and communities, creating a more informed public and improving health outcomes in some of the world’s most vulnerable populations. We focus on extending Stanford University’s interdisciplinary expertise in medicine and health to learners around the world.
SCHE designs and delivers online professional education and custom educational experiences to medical professionals around the world and shares open-access health education to the public. Our portfolio includes online graduate certificate programs and professional certificates tailored programs to meet an organization’s training needs as well as free content available to the public through our Digital Medic program. SCHE is a joint program of Stanford Medicine and the Office of the Vice Provost for Technology and Learning at Stanford.
